• Whole School Book Swap

  Thank you to all of the families that kindly donated books for our Book Swap today.  The children thoroughly enjoyed selecting new books to enjoy over the half term break.

  

• Ball Throwing Final

  It was our annual ball throwing final this afternoon.  All of the children in KS2 participated in the rounds, with the winners in each year group participating in the final today.  The level of sportsmanship shown throughout was wonderful.

  

• VE Day Picnic

  As part of our VE Day celebrations in school the whole school enjoyed a picnic lunch on the field.  It was rather chilly but every-one had a wonderful time.

  

• Easter Raffle

  The whole school joined together this morning for the Easter raffle.  We had some very excited winners!

• KS2 Careers Event

  We were delighted to host our very first Careers Inspire afternoon today.  Fifteen volunteers kindly came in and talked to the children about their careers.  It was an amazing afternoon!

  

• Dance Showcase

  We were thrilled to take an EYFS & a Y1 & Y2 dance group to the Baths Hall this morning to take part in the annual Get Ahead Dance Showcase.  They all danced beautifully.

  

• Lion Learners

  The children in Year 2 had a wonderful morning handling a variety of creatures that Lion Learners brought to visit us.
